i was initially drawn to the building's industrial design. however, the lack of a coffee maker in the room was a letdown. we only received a couple of nescafe packets and had to request more when those ran out. the noise level was also a problem, concerts and parties occurred frequently in the building disrupting any chance of a peaceful night.

the food hall downstairs was convenient. i found the variety of cuisines to be a real plus. my room was spacious. it included a dishwasher and even an ironing board, helpful. the location was also good for exploring.

I found the lack of a coffee maker in the room a bit disappointing. i had to request more nescafe packets after the initial supply ran out. The room temperature was too low. the thermostat was not working. the bathroom was the only warm place in the room.

The hotel is located a short walk from the city center. The building retained its historical features as a former submarine factory. There is a food hall on the ground floor with varied cuisines, but it closes at 10 PM. ,The rooms are well-equipped , and I did not hear noise from the food court.
